the ALCHEMY body of work is currently being explored inside our 7 week EMBODIED. container. bringing it to the stage at FULL CIRCLE expands it into fuller expression.

a raw, ritualistic exploration of movement and release, this piece invites you into the pulse of your body, where rhythm leads, control dissolves and expression becomes instinctual.

rooted in primal energy, it is a reclamation of the wild woman within. a process of alchemising old stories and transmuting them into embodied power.

🔥 you’re confident in picking up choreography and willing to put in the practice in your own time
🔥 you’re familiar with the process of a show piece and open to adapting as the piece evolves
🔥 you respect the process of co-creating within a group and moving as part of a shared vision
🔥 you’re willing to stay present, committed and responsive as changes unfold
🔥 you’re ready to meet your edges with being seen in your raw expression
🔥 you feel the pull toward deeper expression, not just learning steps

this work asks for presence, openness and a willingness to move with the process, both individually and as a collective.
