SETTING YOUR FULL MOON INTENTION:

The power of a full moon affirmation lies in your ability to shift your mindset, your feeling and ultimately, your vibration.

By focusing on a positive statement and releasing negative thoughts and emotions, you are raising your vibration and attracting aligned energy into your life.

Think about what you’d like to release and let go of, in order to create space for what you’d like to invite into your life.

Create your affirmation, starting with β€œI release ____”. You will use this affirmation during your yoga nidra practice, so say it loud, memorise it and make sure it is clear in your mind.

Examples:
I release all negative energy and welcome healing into my life.
I release any limiting beliefs that hold me back from achieving my fullest potential.
I let go of fear and trust that the universe always supports me on my journey.
I release old patterns and welcome new opportunities for growth and expansion.
I release any self-doubt and embrace my inner strength and confidence.
I release any attachments to outcomes and trust in divine timing.
I release any resistance to change and embrace the transformative power of growth.

SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR SHAVASANA:

~ find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.

~ you will be laying in shavasana (corpse pose) for majority of the practice.

~ the body must be comfortable.

~ use any props you like e.g. a blanket under your head, a cushion under your knees.

~ the temperature should be comfortable too, add blankets as needed.

~ you may like to use an eye mask, a cloth or scarf to cover your eyes.
